1、随车带上减水剂

1. Bring water reducing agent with the car

减水剂是一种在维持混凝土坍落度不变的条件下，能减少拌合用水量的混凝土外加剂，随车携带，能对混凝土进行很好的调节。不过在加入减水剂的时候，一定要记得有商砼站化验室的人在场，否则混凝土质量强度不够，驾驶员要承担后果。

Water reducing agent is a kind of concrete admixture which can reduce the amount of mixing water under the condition of maintaining the constant slump of concrete. It can be carried with the car and adjust the concrete well. However, when adding water reducing agent, it is necessary to remember the presence of the laboratory of commercial concrete station, otherwise the concrete quality and strength are not enough, and the driver shall bear the consequences.

2、回厂检查罐内水量

2. Return to the factory to check the water volume in the tank

每次出车任务完成回到站内的时候，检查储水罐内的水量，让水罐中的水随时处于满罐的状态，以备不时之需。

3、离厂前检查混凝土质量

可能会因为原料的不同，每一盘混凝土质量都会有变化。在装好混凝土离场时，一定要检查罐内混凝土的塌落度情况以及和易度，小心混凝土的提前凝结和混凝土分层沉淀。

4、减少车辆行驶时间

混凝土运距一般在直径30千米范围以内，出车之前规划好路线以及车辆通行情况，尽量减少车辆在路上的时间。

5、减少损失先卸料

如果遇到人为因素或者不可抗因素，导致长时间无法卸料的情况，应随时查看罐内混凝土情况，一旦发现混凝土开始凝结。在报备负责人之后立刻进行卸料，以防整个罐体报废。
