1、全自动搅拌车减速机漏油原因阐明

1. Explanation of oil leakage in reducer of automatic mixer truck

(1)在封闭的减速机箱内，每一对齿轮相啮合及齿轮浸入油中搅油都发生热量。跟着运转时间的持久，使减速箱内温度逐增加，箱体内润滑油经飞溅，洒在减速机箱体内壁，因润滑油的粘度随温度升高而低落，油的渗透性更强，在箱内压力浸箱面或轴伸密封不严处渗漏。

(1) In the closed reduction case, heat is generated when each pair of gears mesh and the gears are immersed in oil to stir the oil. With the lasting operation time, the temperature in the reduction box increases gradually. The lubricating oil in the box is splashed and sprinkled on the inner wall of the reduction box. Because the viscosity of the lubricating oil decreases with the increase of temperature, the oil permeability is stronger, and it leaks at the pressure immersed box surface in the box or the shaft extension seal is not tight.

(1)均压。减速机漏油主要是由于减速机箱内压力增加所引起，因此减速机应设有相应的通风罩，以实现箱内和箱外压力

(1) Equalizing pressure. The oil leakage of the reducer is mainly caused by the increase of pressure in the reducer box. Therefore, the reducer shall be equipped with corresponding ventilation hood to realize the pressure inside and outside the box

速机较量大，通风罩不能太小。通风罩巨细的轻便查抄要领是：打开通风罩上盖，减速机以高速持续运转几分钟之后，用压差较大时，说明通罩小，则应改换通风罩，确保均压。对在恶劣情况事情的减速机应经常查抄通风罩的通风结果，发明

(2)导流。减速机在高速运转时，由于齿轮浸在油池中，在旋转时将油带起飞溅到箱体内壁，要使飞溅到箱体内壁的油尽及轴头密封处存留，以防油逐渐沿上下箱体之间及轴头浸出来。可在减速机上下箱体团结面处开回油槽，在轴头设计出油轴头处粘一半圆槽，使溅到上盖的油顺半圆槽两头流到下箱中，使飞溅到箱体上的油不会漏出。

(2) Diversion. When the reducer is running at high speed, because the gear is immersed in the oil pool, the oil belt will take off and splash on the inner wall of the box during rotation. The oil splashed on the inner wall of the box and the seal of the shaft head shall be retained to prevent the oil from gradually soaking out between the upper and lower boxes and the shaft head. The oil will not splash out of the upper and lower half of the gearbox groove, so that the oil will not splash out of the upper and lower half of the gearbox groove.
