一、作为一台混凝土搅拌机，要对混凝土搅拌机的箱体进行维护，并使用新的混凝土搅拌机将箱体支架实时固定在底盘框架附近。每次在运输混凝土并进入清洗槽后，都须知道混凝土容易与钢筋粘结。

二、出料的对称性是混凝土搅拌车的重要指标之一，直接影响施工质量。运输混凝土时，搅拌筒的转速应控制在2~5r/min。当混凝土坍落度较大，运输间隔较长时，出料前应快速移动搅拌筒5~10次，使内部混凝土充分搅拌，大大提高出料的对称性。如果混凝过程中失水，应在施工现场加水进行调解和充分搅拌。虽然这种环境应该停止，混凝土的质量将无法保证。有些用户在运输过程中不注意速度控制，过快会增加油耗，过小会造成混凝土离析。因此，搅拌筒的转速应严格按照资质要求进行控制，以提高混凝土的运输质量。

Therefore, the rotation speed of mixing drum should be controlled strictly according to the qualification requirements to improve the transportation quality of concrete.

三、混凝土的高不能高于储罐的大容积，因为混凝土的密度因强度等级的不同而不同。高强混凝土一般具有较高的密度，相同的体积对汽车不利。输送混凝土的能力、质量和坍落度应符合车辆操作手册的规定，并应实时加注润滑油。

3、 The maximum height of concrete cannot be higher than the maximum volume of the tank, because the density of concrete varies with the strength grade. High strength concrete generally has high density, the same volume is not good for cars. The capacity, quality and slump of concrete conveying shall meet the requirements of vehicle operation manual, and lubricating oil shall be added in real time.

四、混凝土搅拌车停在露天时，装载前应先将搅拌筒卸去旋转，把水泥罐中的水放掉，以保证运输混凝土的质量。

五、在高速公路上行驶时，应将卸料槽降很低位置，随车身一起转移垂直位置，并用锁紧装置将卸料槽锁紧在车架上，以防因不而晃动，造成伤害和事故，影响其他车辆的运行。如果梯子状况不好，会损坏油轮的油舱轴。

六、卸料前，如果发现水分蒸发，坍落度偏低不能饱满。当用户需要时，可在搅拌筒中适当加水，然后根据进料偏差，以6~10转/分钟的速度旋转30圈后，即可出料。

七、混凝土搅拌车在运输混凝土过程中不得将搅拌筒含动，以免出现混凝土离析现象。
