空气滤清器是专用车上的一个重要部件，主要是用于进入发动机的空气过滤，有了空气滤清器的作用，才能保证进入车辆发动机的空气是清洁的，足量的。在日常使用过程中保养是必不可少的，空气滤清器该如何保养呢？对于自动混凝土搅拌机、随车起重运输车等工程车来说，空气滤清器是非常容易损坏的，因为工程车的作业环境一般都比较差，平时就需要多注意保养。专用车的空气滤清器比较常见的是惯性式空气滤清器，此类空滤要从以下两个方面做保养。

With the function of the air filter, the air entering the vehicle engine can be ensured to be clean and sufficient. In the process of daily use, maintenance is essential, how to maintain the air filter? For the automatic concrete mixer, truck crane truck and other engineering vehicles, the air filter is very easy to damage, because the working environment of the engineering vehicle is generally poor, usually need to pay more attention to maintenance. The more common air filter of special vehicle is inertial air filter. This kind of air filter should be maintained from the following two aspects.

一、自动混凝土搅拌机空气滤清器清理顺序是：

1、 The cleaning sequence of air filter of automatic concrete mixer is as follows:

1. 取下滤芯，用干净的布或者是橡皮塞堵住滤芯两端，用软毛刷沿着遮缝方向刷去滤芯表面的灰尘，敲打滤芯端面，是灰尘脱落。也可使用压缩空气从滤芯由内向外吹气，吹去粘附在滤芯表面的灰尘，清理时禁止使用液体清洗，以防止滤芯粘附灰尘，造成堵塞。

1. Remove the filter element, block both ends of the filter element with a clean cloth or rubber stopper, brush the dust on the surface of the filter element along the seam covering direction with a soft brush, and knock the end face of the filter element to remove the dust. Compressed air can also be used to blow from the inside to the outside of the filter element to blow away the dust adhering to the surface of the filter element. It is forbidden to use liquid cleaning when cleaning, so as to prevent the filter element from sticking dust and causing blockage.

2. 自上料搅拌机检查主滤芯是否有破损，上下端面是否翘曲不平；检查主滤芯橡胶密封圈是否破损；检查主滤芯内侧是否有灰尘，如果有上述任一问题，就需要更换主滤芯。

3. 使用强光手电筒检查滤芯是否破损，检查时不要拆下滤芯，若滤芯有破损应立即更换，在清理滤芯壳体的过程中，要使用干净抹布将壳体内壁擦拭干净，并检查排尘阀是否正常排尘。

3. Use a flashlight to check whether the filter element is damaged. Do not remove the safety filter element. If the safety filter element is damaged, replace it immediately. In the process of cleaning the shell of the filter element, wipe the inner wall of the shell with a clean cloth, and check whether the dust valve is discharging dust normally.

二、自动混凝土搅拌机空气滤清器也不能清理太过频繁

2、 The air filter of automatic concrete mixer can not be cleaned too frequently

假如空气滤清器清理太过频繁，滤芯的过滤能力就得不到充分的额发挥，这样不仅使得进入发动机的灰尘数量增多，造成发动机异常磨损，还会造成滤芯的早期损坏。滤芯在每次清理后，其容灰的能力就会降低20%-40%，随着清理次数的增加，滤芯的容灰量就会逐渐降低，当滤芯清理5次以后，容灰量就基本没有了，此时就必须更换空滤了。空气滤清器是搅拌机配件的一种，虽然不算昂贵，但是如果损坏就会严重影响发动机的正常工作，因此建议驾驶工程车的朋友一定要定期的清理空气滤清器。

If the air filter is cleaned too frequently, the filtering capacity of the filter element will not be fully utilized, which will not only increase the amount of dust entering the engine, cause abnormal wear of the engine, but also cause early damage to the filter element. After each cleaning of the filter element, its ash holding capacity will be reduced by 20% - 40%. When the filter element is cleaned for 5 times, the ash holding capacity will be basically gone. At this time, the air filter must be replaced. Air filter is a kind of mixer accessories, although the price is not expensive, but if it is damaged, it will seriously affect the normal work of the engine, so it is recommended that friends driving engineering vehicles must regularly clean the air filter.
