自动搅拌车的变速器也是一个非常重要的部件，我们应该如何检测变速器中的油面和油质呢？

在对变速器进行检查或故障诊断前，首先要对变速器油面和油质进行检查。把选挡手柄放在P位，将发动机在怠速时至少运转数分钟，油液达到正常工作温度，汽车必须停放在水平路面上，这样才能确保在差速器和变速器之间的油面高度正常、稳定。

Before the inspection or fault diagnosis of the transmission, the oil level and quality of the transmission should be inspected first. 1、将自动搅拌车停放在水平地面上，并拉紧手制动。

1. Park the automatic mixer on the level ground and tighten the hand brake.

2、让发动机怠速运转数分钟。

3、踩住制动踏板，将操纵手柄拨至倒挡、前进挡等位置，并在每个挡位上停留几秒钟，使液力变矩器和所有换挡执行元件中都充满液压油。然后将操纵手柄拨至停车挡位置。

3. Step on the brake pedal, turn the control handle to the reverse gear, forward gear and other positions, and stay in each gear for a few seconds, so that the hydraulic torque converter and all shift actuators are filled with hydraulic oil. Then turn the joystick to the park position.

4、从加油管内拨出自动变速器油尺，将擦干净的油尺全部插入加油管再拔出，检查油尺上的油面高度。

4. Pull out the automatic transmission oil dipstick from the oil filling pipe, insert all the cleaned oil dipstick into the oil filling pipe, and then pull it out to check the oil level on the oil dipstick.
