混凝土搅拌车的省油调整保养影响到发动机性能，搅拌车行驶阻力，据统计，保养不佳的发动机油耗会增加10％～20％。车主应定期到汽车修理厂家做日常保养，如检查胎压，四轮定位、调整制动器摩擦片与制动鼓间隙、混凝土搅拌车底盘各润滑点上油，按期更换机油，检查过滤器等。另外机油在说明书中指定型号中，选择黏度小的，因为黏度越大，摩擦力也越大，增加油耗。
