机械式操纵系统由副车架后台上机械操作和驾驶室软轴联合控制,它由操作手柄、旋转体、转轴-摇臂机构、连杆机构、推拉软轴和油门软轴组成。
The mechanical control system is jointly controlled by the mechanical operation on the background of the subframe and the soft shaft in the cab. It consists of the operating handle, the rotating body, the rotating shaft rocker mechanism, the connecting rod mechanism, the push-pull soft shaft and the throttle soft shaft.

进料:搅拌筒正转,转速为6~14r/min;
Feeding: the mixing drum is rotating forward, with the rotating speed of 6-14r / min;
搅动:搅拌筒正转,转速为0~6r/min;
Agitation: positive rotation of the mixing drum, rotating speed of 0-6r / min;
卸料:搅拌筒反转,转速为0~6r/min;
Unloading: the mixing drum is reversed and the rotating speed is 0-6r / min;
高速卸料:搅拌筒反转,转速为6~14r/min;
High speed discharge: the mixing drum reverses and the rotating speed is 6-14r / min;
停止:搅拌筒静止状态。
Stop: the mixing drum is still.
整体软轴式操纵系统是通过副车架后台上安装的软轴控制器,来控制搅拌筒正、反转和油门,它由软轴总成、U型卡、调节杆、辅助支座和推拉轴支座组成。
The integral flexible shaft control system controls the mixing drum forward, reverse and throttle through the flexible shaft controller installed on the back of the subframe. It is composed of flexible shaft assembly, U-shaped card, adjusting rod, auxiliary support and push-pull shaft support.
