自动上料搅拌车上装的布置与设计要点

先根据搅拌容积确定搅拌筒几何容积和形状:搅拌容积是自动上料搅拌车主要的性能参数.是控制搅拌筒的几何尺寸。选用运载底盘形式和吨位.确定搅拌筒驱动动力参数和动力设备的关键数据。设计多大容量的自动上料搅拌车为经济.要根据各方面的情况进行对比分析。其次根据底盘参数进行搅拌装置整体布置,计算搅拌装置和附件的重量(重量还包括混凝土的装载量、水箱盛水量等)。
Firstly, the geometric volume and shape of the mixing drum are determined according to the mixing volume: the mixing volume is the main performance parameter of the automatic feeding mixer, which is used to control the geometric size of the mixing drum. Select the type and tonnage of the carrier chassis, determine the driving power parameters of the mixing drum and the key data of the power equipment. It is economical to design the automatic feeding mixer according to different conditions. Secondly, according to the chassis parameters, the overall arrangement of the mixing device is carried out, and the weight of the mixing device and accessories is calculated (the weight also includes the loading capacity of concrete, the water capacity of the water tank, etc.).

Power take-off
自动上料搅拌车底盘所需扭矩较大。它的取力方式一般为飞轮取力(即直接从发动机取力)。它由整车厂家配置。它的位置在驾驶室后,主要是对油泵及传动轴进行安装。
The torque required by the chassis of the automatic feeding mixer is large. Its power take-off way is generally flywheel (that is, directly from the engine). It is configured by the vehicle manufacturer. It is located behind the cab, mainly for the installation of oil pump and transmission shaft.

全自动搅拌车
油泵安装前要根据油泵的外形尺寸设计制作油泵支架。油泵支架的尺寸和焊接位置要满足:安装油泵后油泵输入盘的中心与取力器输出盘的中心纵向或横向在同一平面内(纵向在同一平面内时.两中心横向到纵梁腹板的距离相等.在垂直方向上的高度差越小越好:横向在同一平面内时,两中心纵向距纵梁上翼面的距离相等,在水平方向上差值越小越好)。在取力器后部副车架纵梁上部选取一合适位置安装油泵支架.油泵支架与副车架纵梁采用螺栓连接。便于油泵的维修与更换。油泵的选取根据主车取力器的旋向(与取力器的旋向相反)、上装的有效搅拌容积、流量及经济性选购。油泵及油泵支架不得与其它部件干涉。

The oil pump bracket shall be installed at a suitable position on the upper part of the subframe longitudinal beam at the rear of the power take-off. The oil pump bracket and the subframe longitudinal beam are connected by bolts. Easy to repair and replace the oil pump. The oil pump is selected according to the rotation direction of the power take-off of the main vehicle (opposite to the rotation direction of the power take-off), the effective mixing volume, flow rate and economy of the upper part. The oil pump and its bracket shall not interfere with other parts.
传动轴的测量与装配
Measurement and assembly of transmission shaft
传动轴的长度(闭合尺寸)为取力器输出盘与油泵输入盘之间的距离L减去15mm.即L-15。观察取力器输出盘与油泵输入盘的端面形式。使传动轴的端面尺寸与之相匹配(即凹凸相配:止口深度与直径相配;连接孔相配)。传动轴使用等速万向节(大倾角80+2),传动轴采用伸缩式结构。
The length (closing dimension) of transmission shaft is the distance L minus 15mm between the output plate of power take-off and the input plate of oil pump, i.e. L-15. Observe the end face form of power take-off output plate and oil pump input plate. Make the end face size of the transmission shaft match with it (i.e. concave convex matching: the depth of the lip matches the diameter; the connecting hole matches). Constant velocity universal joint (large inclination angle 80 + 2) is recommended for transmission shaft, and telescopic structure is adopted for transmission shaft.
传动轴安装前应做好动平衡试验。传动轴处扭矩较大。因此传动轴的直径应适当加大.提高传动轴的抗扭能力。传动轴有z型传动轴布置和w型传动轴布置两种布置形式。安装时取力器与传动轴与附加装置之间的夹角尽量布置成相等的.取力器端与工作装置端万向节夹角的大偏差值为1°,保证传动轴两端万向节叉在同一平面内。任何情况下不允许发生传动轴和横梁或其它部件干涉。传动轴与其它部件小间隙应不小于20mm.否则应对油泵进行重新布置。传动轴的长度L应适当,一般350≤L≤700mm。
The dynamic balance test should be done before the transmission shaft is installed. The torque at the transmission shaft is large. Therefore, the diameter of the transmission shaft should be appropriately increased to improve the anti torsion ability of the transmission shaft. There are two kinds of arrangement of transmission shaft: Z-type and W-type. During installation, the angle between the power take-off and the transmission shaft and the additional device should be arranged as equal as possible. The large deviation of the angle between the power take-off end and the universal joint of the working device end is 1 ° to ensure that the universal joint forks at both ends of the transmission shaft are in the same plane. In any case, no interference between transmission shaft and beam or other parts is allowed. The small clearance between transmission shaft and other parts shall not be less than 20 mm. Otherwise, the oil pump shall be rearranged. The length L of transmission shaft should be appropriate, generally 350 ≤ L ≤ 700mm.
