1、蓄电池的保养检查

1. Maintenance and inspection of battery

检查蓄电池固定是否牢固，电解液应在上限和下限之间，接近下线时应及时补加电解液或蒸馏水高位线。保持蓄电池正负电缆接触良好，并保持蓄电池清洁干燥。放置时间较长的自动上料搅拌车要摘下蓄电池的正负电缆，相隔半个月左右重新接线起动发动机约20分钟后，如果电量明显不足要及时充电。

Check whether the battery is firmly fixed, and the electrolyte shall be between the upper limit and the lower limit. When it is close to the offline, add electrolyte or distilled water to the high level line in time. Keep the positive and negative cables of the battery in good contact, and keep the battery clean and dry. For the automatic feeding mixer truck that has been placed for a long time, the positive and negative cables of the battery shall be removed, and the wiring shall be re connected at an interval of about half a month. After starting the engine for about 20 minutes, if the power is obviously insufficient, it shall be charged in time.

2、轮胎的检查

每月应在常温下检查一下轮胎气压，如果低于正常标准应及时补充轮胎气压。气压不能过高或过低，否则影响驾驶的性。检查轮胎的龟裂情况，存在隐患时应及时更换轮胎。选用轮胎时，应使之型号一致。

Check the tire pressure at normal temperature every month. If it is lower than the normal standard, supplement the tire pressure in time. The air pressure should not be too high or too low, otherwise it will affect the driving. Check the cracking of the tire. If there are hidden dangers, replace the tire in time. When selecting tires, the models shall be consistent.

3、离合器总泵液面的检查

离合器液面介于高、低液面间则表示正常，如果低于标准线，则可能是总泵或分泵皮碗损坏。在发动机运行状态下将出现挂档难或无法挂档的现象，请即时到就近的维修站检修。

If the clutch fluid level is between high and low, it means normal. If it is lower than the standard line, the master cylinder or slave cylinder cup may be damaged. It will be difficult or impossible to shift when the engine is running. Please go to the nearest maintenance station for maintenance immediately.

4、制动液面的检查

4. Inspection of brake fluid level

制动也在高、低位之间则表示正常。如果制动液接近下限或低于下限则，表示系统中可能有泄漏或制动蹄片磨损过多，应及时到维修站进行检修。补加制动液时，要注意加同一种型号的制动液，防止损坏皮碗，注意保护好油漆防止腐蚀漆面。

It should be repaired at the maintenance station in time. 5、发动机冷却液液面检查

5. Engine coolant level check

发动机在热机状态时，千万不要打开散热器盖，否则可能会被溅出的冷却液或高温蒸气烫到。等发动机冷却后，检查冷却液的液面应处于满位和低位之间，否则应加蒸馏水或纯净水或冷冻液，加水后的液面高度不能超过满位。如发现短时间内冷却液减少的很快，应检查冷却系统是否有泄漏或到维修站去检查。

Never open the radiator cap when the engine is hot, otherwise it may be scalded by the splashed coolant or high-temperature steam. After the engine is cooled, check that the liquid level of the coolant should be between the full level and the low level, otherwise distilled water or purified water or refrigerant should be added, and the liquid level after adding water should not exceed the full level. If it is found that the coolant decreases rapidly in a short time, check the cooling system for leakage or go to the maintenance station for inspection.
