1. 检查保险开关：搅拌车是通过液压传动系统来驱动罐体的，液压油散热系统中容易出现故障的就是保险开关，因此在故障发生后，先检查保险开关。

1. check the safety switch: the mixer truck drives the tank through the hydraulic transmission system. The safety switch is the one prone to failure in the hydraulic oil cooling system. Therefore, check the safety switch first after the failure occurs.

2. 检查驱动风扇：电机是整个散热系统中的关键的部件，散热效果的好与坏，和电机的转速及运行的平稳状态有着直接的关系，它由连接车辆电瓶的电控盒直接供电，用电力驱动电机高速运转，来带走热交换器当中的额热量，给液压油降温。

2. check the drive fan: the motor is the key component in the whole heat dissipation system. The good or bad heat dissipation effect is directly related to the motor speed and smooth operation. It is directly powered by the electric control box connected to the vehicle battery. The motor is driven by electricity to run at high speed to take away the heat in the heat exchanger and cool the hydraulic oil.

3. 检查热交换器：搅拌车利用液压油散热器来进行降温。热交换器上装有电机驱动风扇进行散热，让液压油正常工作，上面的机械式指针通过检测管路当中的负压，如果出现读数证明液压油滤清器可能出现堵塞，刚开始出现的时候只需要拔掉上面的橡胶指针归零，如果后面还出现读书且拔掉橡胶塞之后还不了的话，就需要更换液压油滤芯了。

3. check the heat exchanger: the mixer uses the hydraulic oil radiator to cool down. A motor-driven fan is installed on the heat exchanger to dissipate heat to make the hydraulic oil work normally. The mechanical pointer on the top can detect the negative pressure in the pipeline. If the reading indicates that the hydraulic oil filter may be blocked, it is only necessary to pull out the rubber pointer on the top to zero at the beginning. If the reading still occurs later and the problem cannot be solved after pulling out the rubber plug, the hydraulic oil filter element needs to be replaced.

4. 检查热传感器：温度传感器位于热交换器的进油管上，它的作用就是检测液压油的温度，搅拌车散热系统发生故障后，如果确认不是保险的问题，那就检查温度传感器。

4. check the heat sensor: the temperature sensor is located on the oil inlet pipe of the heat exchanger. Its function is to detect the temperature of the hydraulic oil. After the heat dissipation system of the mixer truck breaks down, if it is confirmed that it is not the problem of insurance, check the temperature sensor.

5. 检查散热器控制盒：散热控制盒监控和接受温度传感其传递过来的信号，当温度数据超过设定值后，自动接通散热风扇的电路，让空气流通降低液压油的温度，因此散热控制盒损坏后，散热系统就不能正常工作，需要及时更换，一般情况下，散热器控制盒不容易损坏。

5. check the radiator control box: the radiator control box monitors and receives the signal transmitted by the temperature sensor. When the temperature data exceeds the set value, the circuit of the radiator fan is automatically connected to allow air circulation to reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil. Therefore, after the radiator control box is damaged, the radiator system cannot work normally and needs to be replaced in time. Generally, the radiator control box is not easy to be damaged.

夏季要注意混凝土搅拌车的散热系统，车辆一旦出现故障，耽误卸料，混凝土很可能会在罐体内部凝固，那就麻烦了。
