1.动力输出装置

1. Power take-off device

全自动上料搅拌一体车采用主汽车发动机取力模式。动力输出装置的功能是通过操纵动力输出开关取出发动机动力，并通过液压系统驱动搅拌筒。在进料和运输过程中搅拌筒向前旋转，以便于混凝土的进料和搅拌。反向旋转，在工作结束后切断与发动机的电源连接。

The full-automatic feeding and mixing vehicle adopts the main vehicle engine power take-off mode. The function of the power take-off device is to take out the engine power by operating the power take-off switch, and drive the mixing drum through the hydraulic system. During feeding and transportation, the mixing drum rotates forward to facilitate the feeding and mixing of concrete. Reverse rotation, cut off the power connection with the engine after the work is finished.

2，液压系统

通过取力器取出的发动机功率（通常是后部全功能取力器）转换为液压能（位移和压力），然后机械输出（速度和扭矩）通过电机输出到为混合鼓提供旋转功率。

全自动搅拌车

它主要由搅拌筒及其辅助支撑部件组成。全自动上料搅拌一体车是混凝土装载容器。它由耐磨钢板制成。为了自动装卸混凝土，内壁采用异形螺旋叶片焊接而成。当混凝土旋转时，混凝土在叶片螺旋方向上移动，并在恒定的提升和转动过程中混合并搅拌。在进料和运输过程中，搅拌筒向前旋转，混凝土沿叶片向内移动。当排出时，全自动上料搅拌一体车反转并且混凝土沿着叶片向外排出。通过液压驱动确保混合鼓的旋转。载荷为3~6立方米。全自动上料搅拌一体车一般采用由汽车发动机通过动力输出轴驱动的液压泵，然后液压马达通过高压油驱动搅拌筒。当装载量为912立方米时，液压泵由车辆辅助柴油发动机驱动以驱动液压马达。叶片是全自动上料搅拌一体车中的主要部件，损坏或严重磨损会导致混凝土混合不均匀。另外，如果叶片的角度不合理，将导致混凝土分离。

When the loading capacity is 9 to 12 cubic meters, the hydraulic pump is driven by the vehicle auxiliary diesel engine to drive the hydraulic motor. The blade is the main part of the full-automatic loading and mixing vehicle. Damage or serious wear will lead to uneven mixing of concrete. In addition, if the blade angle is not reasonable, it will lead to concrete separation.

6，清洁系统

6. Cleaning system

清洁系统的主要功能是清洁搅拌筒，有时在运输过程中干燥物料。清洁系统还冷却液压系统。

The main function of the cleaning system is to clean the mixing drum, sometimes drying materials during transportation. The cleaning system also cools the hydraulic system.

7，封闭装置

7. Closure device

全封闭装置采用旋转密封技术密封搅拌车的进出口，了传统搅拌车水蒸发，砂浆分层，物料溢出，行车等问题。

The rotary sealing technology is used to seal the inlet and outlet of the mixer, which solves the problems of water evaporation, mortar stratification, material overflow, driving safety and so on.
