，齿轮箱的正常压力范围为1.08~1.47MPa，压力低于1.08MPa。认为变速油压太低，这将导致45方自动上料搅拌车的驱动力不足，整机弱，齿轮不起动。

减压阀的功能是通过压力调节弹簧将较高的输入压力调节到规定的输出压力，并确保输出压力的平衡。一旦减压阀的压力调节弹簧损坏，变速箱将不能保证正常的输出压力。

备用散热器的有效环境应保持通风干燥。

软化处理后，建议使用软水和硬水，以避免散热器内部堵塞和水垢的产生。

After softening treatment, it is recommended to use soft water and hard water to avoid blockage and scale in the radiator.

在冬季，为了防止结冰引起的核心结冰，如果45方自动上料搅拌车长时间停放或间接停止，应使用水箱盖和排水开关排出所有水。

In winter, in order to prevent core icing caused by icing, if the 4-5-party automatic loading mixer stops for a long time or stops indirectly, all water shall be discharged by using the water tank cover and drainage switch.

水位计应每3个月清洗一次或根据实际情况清洗，应取出部件并用温水和无腐蚀性清洗剂清洗。

在日常使用中应随时检查水位，冷却后停止水。加水时，慢慢打开水箱盖，操作人员的身体应尽可能远离供水口，以防止高压蒸汽油喷出而导致灼伤。

The water level shall be checked at any time during daily use, and the water shall be stopped after cooling. When adding water, slowly open the water tank cover, and the operator's body should be as far away from the water supply port as possible to prevent burns caused by the ejection of high-pressure steam gasoline.

散热器不应与任何酸，碱或其他腐蚀性物质接触。

The radiator shall not come into contact with any acid, alkali or other corrosive substances.

在使用防冻液时，为避免散热器的腐蚀，请务必使用常规厂家生产的长期防锈防冻液，并符合国家标准。

When using antifreeze, in order to avoid the corrosion of radiator, please be sure to use the long-term anti rust antifreeze produced by conventional manufacturers and comply with national standards.

根据实际情况，用户应彻底清洁散热器一三个月。清洁时，沿反向进气口侧用清水冲洗。

According to the actual situation, the user should thoroughly clean the radiator for one to three months. When cleaning, flush with clean water along the reverse air inlet side.

在安装散热器时，请勿损坏散热片（切片）和保险杠散热片，以确保散热和密封。
