1、安装前应清除车辆底盘上的污物,使搅拌车上装能平稳放置在底盘上面。

1. Before installation, the dirt on the vehicle chassis shall be removed to make the upper part of the mixer be placed on the chassis smoothly.

2、将搅拌车上装吊放于车辆底盘上,使搅拌车上装底架与车辆底盘大梁对齐,用骑马螺栓将搅拌车上装紧固于底盘上。混凝土搅拌罐

3、连接各液压管路,若所选为自卸车底盘,则直接用取力器连接齿轮泵即可:若为普通车型,则须根据车型配置取力器,再与齿轮泵连接。

4、检査各部件的润滑情况及液压油箱的储油量(从油箱上液压温度计观察,油面至少应位于温度计的3/4处,搅拌车上装才能正常运转)。

4. Check the lubrication condition of each part and the oil storage capacity of the hydraulic oil tank (from the hydraulic thermometer on the oil tank, the oil level should be at least 3 / 4 of the thermometer, and the mixer can operate normally only when it is installed on the tank).

5、发动车辆使搅拌车上装空转,观察有无异响,各液压管路有无泄露,若无异常现象,即可装料运行。

5. Start the vehicle to make the mixer idle, observe whether there is abnormal noise, whether there is leakage in each hydraulic pipeline, if there is no abnormal phenomenon, it can be loaded to run.
