1、水泥：水泥进场必须按规定进行抽样检验，每批进场的水泥均要求及时进行标准稠度与温度测试，对质量存有怀疑的严禁入仓，并继续进行其他指标（如安定性）测试，经检验不合格的水泥严禁进场。严禁未经均化（消解）的热水泥直接使用于工程，对于已使用的水泥要进行追溯，并填制"水泥使用追溯表"。

2、骨料：粗细骨料进场必须按规定进行抽样检验，检验合格方可使用。粗骨料应选用级配合理、粒形良好、质地均匀坚固的碎石或碎卵石，粗骨料各种指标应满足相关标准规范的要求；控制泥含量和泥块含量，及时进行检测，经检验不合格的严禁进场卸车。

3、外加剂:外加剂进场时应加强检查、检测，检查外加剂的包装上是否在明显位置上注明以下内容：产品名称、型号、净含量或体积（包括含量或浓度）、生产厂名、生产日期及出厂编号；检查包装物所标明的内容是否与生产厂家提供的产品说明书、合格证相符；液体外加剂是否析出沉淀物，是否超过有效期。

3. 4、矿物外掺料:根据有关标准规范的要求进行检测。试验室应随时掌握矿物外掺料的质量变化情况，矿物掺料进场时，必须进行需水量比、烧失量、细度检测，经检验合格的产品方可入库；并注意与前期试验结果进行对比，以判定质量的波动情况，确保工程质量。在矿物外掺料的使用过程中，应尽量确保外掺料的相对稳定性。应与物资部门进行沟通，确保对于同类别的外掺料，一套混凝土搅拌站应尽量使用同一厂家的商品。当无法满足要求时，试验部门应及时进行配合比调整，严禁矿物外掺料的混用。

When the requirements cannot be met, the test department shall adjust the mix proportion in time and prohibit the mixing of mineral admixtures.

5、搅拌站材料员要及时关注库存料的情况，并要有预见性及忧患意识，积极组织备料，避免出现停工待料，特别要关注散装水泥的结存。对库存的物资要挂牌标识，随时保证现场材料的堆码，严格按分仓进行原材料的存放。
