◎搅拌车须在规定的允许时间内卸料完毕，如遇施工现场出现问题，超过2小时不能卸料应及时与调度联系，对车内混凝土及时处置，以免混凝土在搅拌筒凝固，造成搅拌筒报废。

◎混凝土搅拌车驾驶室内定要存放灭火机，防止火灾。注意灭火机不要选错类型，一般选用手持式干粉灭火机。还要定期对灭火机进行检查，保持灭火机完好，防止灭火机过期失效而不能灭火。

◎混凝土搅拌车运输途中如发生交通事故，请速报“122”交通事故处理、车辆保险公司、向当班调度和车辆管理人员报告，在非交通道路上发生事故，请报当地公安派出所或“110”并向当班调度和车辆管理人员报告。

◎搅拌运输车在放料前，须将搅拌筒高速旋转，在12-18圈/分钟旋转拌筒，使混凝土拌合均匀，避免出料时分层离析，以防混凝土不均堵管。卸料时反转搅拌筒，速度应与泵送速度匹配，使进入输送泵集料斗内的混凝土始终保持在装料高度标志线之上。

◎驾驶员行车中，请观察各仪表是否工作正常，车辆行驶中有无异味、异响。请遵章守纪。中速行驶，注意车辆、行人动态，保障运输途中交通，混凝土搅拌车进入工地，请注意工地路况，防止车辆陷落或倾覆，避免钢管、石块刺坏轮胎，靠泵请下车观察且缓慢靠上，避免撞坏混凝土泵。

◎ during driving, please observe whether all instruments work normally and whether there is peculiar smell and noise during driving. Please observe the rules and discipline. When driving at medium speed, pay attention to the dynamics of vehicles and pedestrians to ensure traffic safety during transportation. When the concrete mixer enters the construction site, please pay attention to the road conditions of the construction site to prevent the vehicle from falling or overturning and avoid the steel pipe and stone from puncturing the tire. Please get off the pump and lean up slowly to avoid damaging the concrete pump.

◎驾驶员出车前，请绕车一周，检査车辆车容是否整洁，要检査混凝土搅拌车的各个部位情况，各部件是否工作有效，特别是要检査刹车、灯光，轮胎情况，保障轮胎螺丝不松不少，气压正常、转向灵活、制动有效、灯光喇叭正常、搅拌筒运转正常顺畅、加满车上水箱水，并检査驾驶证、行车证是否随带、车辆牌照是否齐全清洁。

◎ before leaving the vehicle, the driver shall walk around the vehicle to check whether the vehicle appearance is clean, check the conditions of all parts of the concrete mixer and whether all safety components work safely and effectively, especially check the conditions of brakes, lights and tires, so as to ensure that the tire screws are not loose, the air pressure is normal, the steering is flexible, the braking is effective, the light horn is normal, and the mixing drum operates normally and smoothly Fill up the water tank on the vehicle, and check whether the driver's license and driving license are accompanied, and whether the vehicle license plate is complete and clean.
