自拌混凝土搅拌车属于特种车辆，不是能开车就能开好搅拌车的，搅拌车操作不当会引起翻车、配件过快磨损等状况，除了影响施工，造成不必要的经济损失以外，甚至呈现愈加严重的后果。想要开好搅拌车，你得紧记以下几条：

1.搅拌车发动机发动后，应该先让拌和筒低速作业10分钟左右，使液压油温升到20℃以上后方可作业。

2.搅拌车装料前应将拌和筒反转，确保仓斗内的积水和杂物排出，这样能够确保混凝土的质量，确保施工质量。

3.搅拌车在运输混凝土时，要确保滑斗放置结实，防止因松动造成摇摆，在行进中打伤行人或影响其它车辆正常运转。在运输过程中，平整路面上拌和筒转速确保在2-3转/分，行进在侧倾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃动较大的路面时，应停止拌和旋转，待路况好转后再恢复拌和旋转。

4.自拌混凝土搅拌车运送混凝土的时刻不能超越拌和站规则的时刻。运送混凝土途中，拌和筒不得长时刻停转，以防混凝土发生离析现象。司机应时常调查混凝土状况，发现异常及时通报调度室，申请做出处理。
