混凝土自动上料搅拌车在使用一段时间后，我们经常会遇到进料口堵塞的情况，今天我们就来教大家遇到进料口堵塞的情况该怎么处理呢？

1.每天收工时清洗混凝土贮罐及进出料口周围自动，自动上料搅拌车的清洗要点保证不粘有水泥及混凝土结块；

1. Clean the concrete storage tank and around the material inlet and outlet at the end of each day. The cleaning points of the automatic feeding mixer shall ensure that there is no cement and concrete caking;

2.每次装料前用水冲洗进料口，使进料口在装料时保持湿润；

3.在装料的同时向随车自带的清洗用水水箱中注满水；

搅拌车进料口给料量是否合理：正确的方式是物料在吸料口和空气形成一定的气物混合比，在气流的推动下均匀流入上料机。这个时候我们需要将料枪设计带有补气功能。如果物料积压时间过长可能很硬，这个时候需要在料枪上装一个振荡器，敲碎结块的物料。
