混凝土搅拌机的气动系统主要由空压机、储气罐、气源三联件、电磁阀、气缸等组成。由于气压作为驱动元件执行的介质，其维护与其他元件不同。本文介绍了混凝土搅拌机气动系统维护的一些技巧。

The pneumatic system of concrete mixer is mainly composed of air compressor, air storage tank, air source triplet, solenoid valve and air cylinder. Since air pressure is used as the medium of driving element, its maintenance is different from other elements. This paper introduces some skills of concrete mixer pneumatic system maintenance.

空气压缩机维修

Air compressor maintenance

空压机是为气动系统提供动力的核心部件。它相当于人的心脏，所以它的保养是非常重要的。

Air compressor is the core component to provide power for pneumatic system. It is equivalent to human heart, so its maintenance is very important.

搅拌机检查空压机机油是否充足，一般油位应在取油器红线以上;

The blender shall check whether the oil of the air compressor is sufficient. Generally, the oil level shall be above the red line of the oil extractor;

搅拌机每排至少要为空气压缩机水箱排2次水;

Each row of mixer shall discharge water for air compressor water tank at least twice;

搅拌机每周检查空压机空气滤清器是否堵塞。

The mixer shall check whether the air filter of the air compressor is blocked every week.

储气罐维修

Air tank maintenance

搅拌机每班至少排2次水;

The mixer shall discharge water at least twice per shift;

搅拌机每天检查阀是否能正常释放。

The mixer shall check whether the valve can release normally every day.

气源三路维护

Three way maintenance of gas source

搅拌机每月清洗水分离器滤芯;

The mixer cleans the filter element of the water separator every month;

搅拌机检查压力阀减压阀压力是否调整到0.75MP;

The mixer shall check whether the pressure of the pressure reducing valve of the pressure valve is adjusted to 0.75mp;

搅拌机检查油嘴内的防锈透平油是否充足。

The mixer shall check whether the antirust turbine oil in the oil nozzle is sufficient.

泄漏

检查煤气系统管路是否有泄漏，可以直接用耳朵里听到。
