自上料式混凝土搅拌机的使用是有目共睹的，在城市建设运营中也发挥着举足轻重的重要地位，然而在日常的使用过程中，同样也要做好泵车的维护保养工作。自上料式混凝土搅拌机是城市建设道路、桥梁、房屋、水利工程、搅拌站等不可或缺的运输工具，而搅拌筒在这之中也占据着举足轻重的重要地位。

1.每次泵芯清洗完毕，必须加入少许硅油润滑及防绣，其目的以保护转芯不会锈蚀及下次使用起动顺利。

6.主轴密封圈压盖调正，必须将泵芯和送料撑脱离，然后上紧三个螺杆，螺杆上紧后的标准：以8寸活手轻松扳动主轴螺丝为准。

自上料式混凝土搅拌机的选型应根据混凝土工程对象、特点、及要求的输送距离、混凝土建筑计划、混凝土泵形式以及具体的条件行综合考虑。自上料式混凝土搅拌机的搅拌筒应设置1一2个能快速打开的人口，孔径不小于450mm，在椭圆形孔的情况下，其短径不应小于350mm，关闭时应密封良好;搅拌筒在各种规定的使用状态下，应转动平稳，不得有打颤和振动现象;搅拌叶片与筒体应焊接牢固，螺旋曲线应连接，不应有明显拐点。

The mixing drum of self loading concrete mixer shall be equipped with one or two quick opening cylinders with a diameter of not less than 450mm. In the case of oval hole, its short diameter shall not be less than 350mm, and it shall be well sealed when closed; The mixing drum shall rotate smoothly without chattering and vibration under various specified conditions; The mixing blade and cylinder should be welded firmly, the spiral curve should be connected, and there should be no obvious inflection point.

自上料式混凝土搅拌机的性能是随机型而异，选用机型之时除了考虑混凝土浇注量以外，还应当考虑到建筑的类型和结构、施工技术的要求、现场条件和环境等等。通常选用的混凝土泵车的主要性能参数应当与施工要求相符或稍大，若能力过大，则利用率低，过小，不仅满足不了要求还会加速混凝土泵车的损耗。
