一、启动前应对机械系统各部位认真进行检查，确认良好后方可启动。
1、 Before starting, each part of the mechanical system shall be carefully checked and can be started only after it is confirmed to be in good condition.
二、启动前，应将搅拌操纵杆放在“空档”位置。
2、 Before starting, place the mixing control lever at the "neutral" position.
三、启动后，应将搅拌操纵杆放在“卸料”位置，放去筒内积水。
3、 After starting, place the mixing control lever at the "unloading" position to drain the accumulated water in the cylinder.
四、装料时，搅拌操作杆应放在“装料”位置。
4、 When loading, the mixing lever shall be placed at the "loading" position.
五、运输前，卸料槽须固定在“行驶”位置，防止摆动。
5、 Before transportation, the discharge chute must be fixed in the "driving" position to prevent swinging.
六、操作操纵杆时，应在“空档”位置稍作停留后方可动下一个位置。
6、 When operating the control lever, stay in the "neutral" position for a while before moving to the next position.
七、搞好文明施工，桶内多余材料不准随便乱倒。卸料后须对搅拌筒、料槽、托辊等部位进行清洗。
7、 Civilized construction shall be carried out. Excess materials in barrels shall not be dumped randomly. After unloading, the mixing drum, material trough, idler and other parts must be cleaned.
八、人进入筒内清理砼结块时，应将车辆熄火，拔下电门钥匙，筒外设人监护。
8、 When people enter the cylinder to clean up the concrete agglomeration, they should turn off the vehicle, pull out the switch key, and assign someone outside the cylinder for supervision.
搅拌车是一种特殊车辆，并不是所有会开车的司机都会开搅拌车，如果操作不当会引起翻车、液压泵、马达、减速机过快磨损或出现严重后果。

4. When transporting concrete, the mixer truck shall keep the sliding bucket firmly placed to prevent swinging due to looseness, hurting pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles.
5.搅拌车装运搅拌好的混凝土时，搅拌筒转速为2-10转/分，在运输过程中，平坦路面上搅拌筒转速保持在2-3转/分，行驶在侧倾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃动较大的路面时，应停止搅拌旋转，待路况好转后再恢复搅拌旋转。
5. When the mixer truck loads the mixed concrete, the rotating speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 rpm. During the transportation, the rotating speed of the mixing drum is kept at 2-3 rpm on the flat road. When driving on the road with a side slope greater than 50, or the road with a large shake from side to side, the mixing rotation shall be stopped, and the mixing rotation shall be resumed after the road conditions are improved.
6.混凝土搅拌车运送混凝土的时间不能过搅拌站规定的时间。运送混凝土途中，搅拌筒不得长时间停转，以防混凝土产生离析现象。司机应时常观察混凝土情况，发现异常及时通报调度室，申请做出处理。
6. The time for concrete mixer truck to transport concrete shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing station. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent segregation of concrete. The driver shall always observe the concrete condition, report to the dispatching room in time in case of any abnormality, and apply for handling.
7.搅拌车车内装有混凝土时，在现场停滞时间不得过1小时，如超时应及时要求现场负责人给予及时处理。

8.搅拌车运送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。从混凝土入罐到排出，气温高时不得超过2小时须排出，阴雨天气温度低时，不得过2.5小时。

9.搅拌车在排出混凝土之前，应使搅拌筒在10-12转/分的转速下转动1分钟，再进行排料。
